Tuesday-8:15am

Sunrise yesterday. Missed it today. Slept a little longer. :)
I never got back to the computer. Was soooo gorgeous out I couldn't stand it! Karma would wait for me on the porch (where I was reading) while I went inside and worked on bookmarks and cards. Went back and forth all day long--can't tell I'm happy to be feeling better, eh?
OH, and happy to be on day hours, too!
I got all the backs for the bookmarks stamped...
...and then attached them all--tada!
Guess I had more left to finish than I thought. But they're all done and ready for laminating. :)

Then I went back to working on the set of birthday cards. After I cut out all the inside pieces, then I stamped them. First with a birthday hat and let them dry...
...and then added a "happy birthday" stamp.
Here are all the red ones--done and drying. (Pigment ink takes a while to dry.)
Meanwhile, I cut out matching colored paper to frame the inside and outside pieces.
Almost done with the parts...
...just the heliotrope (purple/lavender) inside pieces left to dry.
All the parts finished!
So, that is why I never got back to the computer--hehe! I spent my whole day between the craft table and the 1100's cathedral building drama on the porch--hehe! I can't believe they are predicting one more beautiful cooler day before we are back to thunderstorms again. My day may be much the same today--hehe! I'm in seventh heaven!!

Dagan and Leah switched to Wednesday this week because they have a meeting tonight for ValleyCon. It's a chilly morning in the 50s, the sun is shining, and it feels like fall is in the air. Which is kind of strange for August--usually the dog days of summer weather--but I am loving it! Back to the porch and the craft table for me today!! Whoohoo! Later... ;)
