Tuesday-6:30am

I've been sick since Sunday.  Realized I was actually sick-sick on Monday.  Running a temp and sleeping round the clock.  Lots of pics today, but not much to say.
Before I got sick I did make Karma a lot happier by putting her TV tray next to me at the end of the table when I am writing.
Even though she couldn't spy out the window, it felt familiar to her.
Table seems so long and empty.  McFamily might be here this coming weekend to take the table apart.  Hopefully I will be feeling better by then.  Leah doesn't want me to use the new sewing machine on it until we attempt to "fix" the base crack.
I actually played on the art table a couple of days.  More gluing together of paper towels.
I leave them overnight to dry.
I brought in the padded porch chair so Karma has her own chair again.
You can see under the chair that diaper pail box that Karma's had most of the summer out there.
So, of course, that's where she went right away.
Nice little hiding place for her.  She's much happier.
Lots of great cloud days.  Chilly.
Made more glued paper towels.  Experimented with dribbling the glue and it made cool designs.
Karma--happy to have a chair of her own again.
She's wondering why I've been sleeping day and night.
Some sky shots... daytime.
See the crane?
They're busy building something over there.
And a nighttime moon.
A beauty!
You know I am sick when I can't even drink coffee.  All I've been drinking is water from my trusty water thermos.
So that's my drink for T-Stands For Tuesday over at Elizabeth's.  Not sure if I'll get around to visit everyone or not.  At least I can visit without spreading germs--LOL!  ;)
And now I am heading back to bed.  Not even a quote today.  Happy Tuesday!  :)

Sorry to hear you're sick, Rita. It's probably all the new germs from Ian, don't you think? Stay in bed and when it passes, you'll be back to your old self. Sending you hugs! :-)

Hope you are feeling better soon. I can tell you are sick, because it didn't take me 20 minutes to read your T post for once (grin).

Isn't it amazing how our animals seem to sense when we are unwell? I know Bleubeard knew when I was sick, and laid close to me, not being his same up and down self. I bet Karma is the same, too.

Feel better soon, and thanks for taking a few minutes to share your week with us for T this Tuesday, even though you were sick. That means a lot to me and probably the rest of the T group, too.

Hope you don't have a headache from coffee withdrawal. I sure did when I gave it up...that one time. :-)

Get well!

You are such a kind pet owner. Karma is very lucky. I hope you feel better sooner rather than later. But it's best to just give in, rest, and let it run it's course. :(

Dear Rita, I'm glad that you're going back to bed and hope that you won't be reading this comment for hours and hours and that you'll be sleeping doing that time and getting far better. Peace.

Oh Rita, sorry to hear you have been sick. That is miserable. I am sure Karma is wondering what's happening. I hope you are better now, or at least well on the way to being better.

I hope by now that you feeling a bit better and on your way to getting some energy back... I have just spent a lovely half hour catching up on all that has been going on... And it has been quite a ride... Mohawks, cracked tables, nightmare internet phone company things, and of course gorgeous Mr Ian.... What a lovely way to start my day having a visit full of so many happenings... Xx

I've been sick too and sounds like the same thing. I had a low grade fever for a few days and was sleeping all the time. Now my temp is normal but I still slept all day. Blue stays right beside me. She hasn't been doing well and I might not have her much longer. She has to have pain meds sometimes, usually in the evenings. I love her every minute I can. She is coming up on 14 which is pretty old for a beagle.
