Thursday-11:45am

Well, I woke up to internet that only works for few minutes (or sometimes seconds).  I just spent all morning on the phone...too complicated to go into--sigh.  But I'll have to ask Dagan to come back to pull the phone jack cord (living room) for the internet and try it on the kitchen phone jack to make sure it is not the phone jack.  They would charge me a minimum of $85 to fix the jack and I am not sure I am even allowed to do that in an apartment building in the first place.  So he scheduled me for an outside of the apartment check.  If it is the phone jack, I would have to call and reschedule.

They weren't even going to schedule anyone to come out at all until we did that last "troubleshooting" phone cord rigamarole first.  But he did schedule the outside the apartment check on the 19th again after I complained that I would already be unable to use the internet for a week as it was and what if later they couldn't fit me in on the 19th by the time Dagan could make it over here again?

And why had they been able to schedule an appointment yesterday?

I have a headache.

So now you may or may not hear from me for a week...not even sure if I will be able post this.  I'll just keep trying until I happen to hit a moment when it is connected.  *sigh*

I will probably get those library books read--LOL!

No Netflix streaming for me.
