Rita's Ramblings: a basically house-bound woman in Fargo, North Dakota blogging for friends, family, and anybody who finds it interesting. I talk about art or craft projects, my grandsons (Ian and Liam), the weather, movies, books, health, and whatever happens to be going on in my life. Welcome!
Thanks so very much everyone. My thoughts and prayers are with Leah and her siblings and their family, too. I'll make sure Leah knows you all are thinking of her.
Iggy--I swiped the photos off goggle images and the oak tree looks like the Angel Oak in your link! I can't imagine a tree over 1500 years old! I would love to see it in person. Can you imagine! Also love to see the Redwoods in California. Thanks for the link. :):)

I ache for Leah and her family... My thoughts and prayers are with them.
May this tree bring awe - and perhaps towering memories.

My thoughts and sympathies are with Leah and her family at this time. May every oak they see bring them fond memories of Vicky!
Thoughts of healing being sent across the oceans.
Beautiful beautiful tree embracing the sky.
