Friday-10am

Thanksgiving in Fargo included snow plows.
The snow was heavy in the morning, thinned out until late afternoon, but then it picked up speed and got quite white out there again. Was not good traveling weather out there. I hope everyone got home safe and sound.
There was more excitement in Karma's world before the plant left the bathroom.
I removed all the dead and dying leaves--tossing them into the tub as I pruned.
As soon as I said--"What are you doing in there? Get out of there, you stinker!"--I knew she'd think she was getting away with something and she dove down on the leaves and pawed them like crazy.
Karma knows the difference between my teasing voice and the you-are-in-serious-trouble-run-for-your-life voice.
I let her bat the leaves about for a while before I scooped them up for the trash.

Was a quiet Thanksgiving Day. I finished our Christmas cards--tada!
But I just realized that I forgot to take a picture of the additional cards for the etsy shop. I went thru and picked the best 40 for the shop and put them in a box for selling next year. Anyways, the Christmas cards are done! Now I can start addressing envelopes. Feels so good to be done and not scrambling to finish them in December. Just made it, eh? LOL!
****
Have a great weekend!
And For those of you who shop on Black Friday (I am not one of them) I wish you all the best deals. ;)

We have snow! OK, nowhere near enough to have snow ploughs out, but enough for now. :)

LOL @ Karma playing with the leaves. She's such a funny little kitty!

Well done on finishing up the Christmas cards! :)

I'm sure glad I don't live in Fargo. That's too much snow for this early in the season.

Had to laugh when I saw Karma in the leaves. She is so comical.

The Christmas cards look great!

Karen and I went to do our normal shopping this afternoon. Kmart was a nightmare but the roads were pretty clear...no waiting in traffic. I think everyone was in Kmart. LOL

I love your cat!!

Gorgeous cards! I have made a couple of cards to go in my boxes to be sent to the States. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures!! UGH! I make all different cards as I would get too bored and frustrated making the same one. Attention deficient order or something, lol!

Nikki--Karma's both typically "cat boring' and silly. ;)

Tori--Glad you did get snow because I know you like it, too. We are a small minority--hehe! :)

AliceKay--You wouldn't catch me out on Black Friday! If I shopped at all it would have to be online--hehe!

Jeannie--To make that many cards assembly-line style you do have to enjoy monkey work--ROFL! ;)

Lynn--I know! Target here opened up at 4am on Black Friday--and the people were lined up! Good grief! All I could think about is the poor clerks who had to be there that early. I hope you have recovered. :)

Yeah, we're a small minority alright. Personally, I think it's everyone else's loss. While they're inside moaning about being cold, I'm outside making snowmen (last year I made a snow Westie), throwing snow balls (sometimes for Kero to catch, sometimes just for the sake of throwing them) and generally acting like a little kid. Like I said, if they don't want to join in on the snow glee, it's their loss.

I'm going to be super gracious and magnanimous and let you give Tori all of the snow that might be coming my way.

:)

Silly Karma... I wonder what Sigmund Feline Freud would make of her?

Tori--Play in that snow! That being a "grown up" stuff is a bunch of hogwash! ROFL!!! :)

Iggy--I'll do my best to try to send it over to Tori and skip you guys on the east coast. ;)
I don't know if SFF would have much luck getting anything out of her or make any sense of her. Karma either keeps her feelings close to the vest or is all over the place with them--wildly! ROFL! ;)
