Wednesday:10:45am

I heard this terrible Karma yowling from the bathroom this morning.
Karma doesn't spend much time in the bathroom to begin with and never goes in the bathtub, so I had to grab the camera--hehe!

Dagan had helped me with the watering of the plant under the shower last night. Karma discovered the misplaced plant and she cried and carried on till I came and put it back--hehe!

Such a silly girl.
I surprised Leah last night. I had secretly been working little...
...by little...
...by little...
...by little...
...over the past three days finishing every thing I could of the Christmas cards!
So all she had to do was distress the end of the ovals last night and now I can tape them on the last of the cards and they are all done--tada!! :):):)
****
Really strange occurrence yesterday. My last package arrived--from Barnes and Noble. I was expecting the calendar refill...
...and the seal set...
...with the snowflake seal!
But the box was really large for what I ordered--and when I went to pick it up I was shocked at how heavy it was! Had a hard time getting it back up here with one arm, I tell you. I open the box and find this in the box.
Two medical textbooks saran-wrapped together:
Miller's Anesthesia...
...for $446.00!! Do you believe it?!!
Talk about a huge warehouse error!!
****
I checked my account and I was overcharged--but not for the book--thank goodness! I had also ordered an extra set of two silver seal sticks that never arrived and yet they charged me for them. So, I have emailed Barnes & Noble to deal with my more minor error (backordered or refund?) and ask them what they want me to do with these books. I need a pre-paid shipping label if they want me to ship these heavy books back. Otherwise, I could just bring it over to the Fargo B&N store. I'll see what they say.

We have snow again today. It looks much the same as it did on Monday. Could have snow thru tomorrow. I'm glad Dagan and Leah will be staying in town and going over to Leah's sister's for Thanksgiving this year. This snow makes it hard for people to travel for the holidays. I hope everyone (in the states) has safe travel tomorrow and a pleasant, delicious dinner. :):)

Remarkable cat!!! The only thing that gets my cat's attention is when the food bowl is empty!

The cards are beautiful ~ you've done a great job (unlike B&N ;-)

Have a great Thanksgiving!!

Karma had quite a time trying to figure out how to get out of the bathtub. My Abby used to go in the tub and lick up the water I let run for her.

You're getting pretty good with these videos. :D

Your Christmas cards are beautiful. Lots of work, but oh so beautiful! :)

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. *hugs*

Karma is amazing.

That was an expensive error for B&N. Hope they get it worked out without a lot of hassle for you.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Great job on those cards. Super amazing.

Karma knows when things aren't right... And she needs things to be "right" for her!

That's great about the cards. :)

Hope you get the delivery mix up sorted out quickly, and preferably without issues.

We kind of had snow today. I say, "kind of," because there wasn't enough to really call it snow where we actually live, but there was a little way away from here where the hospital I went to today is. OK, so it wasn't much snow - maybe a couple of inches, that's all - but it's a start! :)

I bet reading those books would work better than 446 dollars of anesthesia...

Karma really lives by that "a place for everything and everything in its place" bit huh?

Your kitty is very sweet.
And please tell me you don't send that many cards out? You are one devoted friend!
As for the textbook, that is a huge mistake, and trust me, from someone who spends her time reading such textbooks, I would run screaming in the opposite direction at the sight of it!
Great post, I loved how you incorporated all those pics.

Donna--Karma doesn't usually miss a trick around here. ;) Thanks on the cards! :)

AliceKay--Karma's paws were wet and that is why she was licking away on them. She doesn't like wet paws--probably why she has always avoided the bathtub--but the plant was too compelling--ROFL! Thanks on the cards! :)

Reba--Now I will even have videos once in a while--hehe! B&N is fortunate I am honest--or I could be selling them on ebay right now--ROFL!

Deanna--Thanks! Karma's just ultra snoopy. ROFL!! ;)

Tori--Cracked me up how disturbed she was over the plant hanging in the bathtub.
Leah was surprised! I so seldom get to surprise her because I post about everything--LOL!! ;)
Snow! Getting closer! Maybe you'll have a white Christmas at this rate! :):)

Iggy--They would on me--hehe! You know how Karma notices change, ;)

Welcome Sandra!
There's 120 of them. I used to send out close to 100 cards by myself. Now I only send out around 60 and Leah sends out around 20...and the rest we will sell on our etsy shop next year.
I saw that you are in nursing classes! I went thru human services tech classes many years ago and we had a dummy like that--but it was for bedmaking skills. We only had to worry about rolling him out on the floor--LOLOL!! Your post was so funny! Come back and visit when you have time between classes. :)

Lynn--Funny--You're not the only one. I've had emails actually requesting more videos of Karma--ROFL! I suppose after all the pictures, they like to see "moving" ones for once--LOLOL! ;)
