Pickin' & Trimmin'

Pickin' & Trimmin' from Matt Morris Films on Vimeo.

This is another short documentary film (almost 20 minutes) that is made by the same young man who made Mr. Happy Man. When you have some time, grab a cup of coffee or tea and take a peaceful little trip back in time down in North Carolina, USA.

Oh for some reason I could not download this, it's a problem with my machine not the movie. I'll try again another time.

Rita, i'm finally catching up on a few blogs. That's the only thing i hate about blogging - not being able to visit & read & comment on ALL of them. :-)
Karma is just too cute, as always and i so love those little Moleskin booklet/card thingies...
I am going to watch the PICKIN' & TRIMMIN' video later tonight - I am also fascinated by real people. :-) Thanks for sharing! xoxo

I enjoyed the Pickin and Trimmin video. (those guys sure know how to play) Brings back some great memeories for me. My Grandpa Sterling played the banjo (and the accordian and the harmonica) and every now and then, he used to entertain us by pickin' out some tunes for us. Those were good times. :)

With how many blogs you try to keep up with, I'm not surprised to hear that.

Mind you, I'm not much better; I'm just nosy though!

I need to set aside time this weekend to watch both of these videos; the days just get away from me; but I too like watching and learning about real people :)

I love watching the older people interact. That is my favorite demographic of customer. The kids annoy me and the people my age are boring. The older people always have a story to tell.

What a cool video! It's sad to think that this kind of thing will die out soon. This was like a trip into the past!!!
