I made this chick pea soup with fresh spinach--delicious, but very strange for Swedish tastebuds with its cumin, cinnamon, paprika, and cayanne pepper! Last night I baked a rice and chicken casserole and right now I am baking cookies. And I plan to make some banana bread also today if my energy keeps up! It's a dark, chilly day and the cookies smell so good coming out of the oven. Don't know what came over me--butterballs! Usually only make those at Christmas. Got to go...cookies will not wait!
Rita's Ramblings: a basically house-bound woman in Fargo, North Dakota blogging for friends, family, and anybody who finds it interesting. I talk about art or craft projects, my grandsons (Ian and Liam), the weather, movies, books, health, and whatever happens to be going on in my life. Welcome!
